How We Ship Aerosol Finishing Products Safely

Aerosol finishing products require more careful handling than ordinary merchandise. Their pressurized and flammable contents can restrict the transportation services available for an order.

Ground transportation

Mohawk aerosol products are shipped only through eligible surface or ground services when required by the product classification and carrier rules. Air and expedited options may not be available. The eligible delivery method and estimate are shown during checkout when available for the destination.

Protective packaging and markings

Orders are packed to help prevent movement and protect the cans, caps, and valves during transit. Packages are prepared with the markings required for the eligible transportation method and product classification.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent after the order is fulfilled. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and may change because of weather, routing, destination restrictions, or other carrier conditions.

Returns

Please contact us before returning an aerosol product. Do not mail an aerosol return without approval and shipping instructions, because ordinary return methods might not be permitted.
