You may request a return within 15 days of purchase. Contact us before sending any item back.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
- Opened or used aerosol and chemical products are not eligible for a buyer-remorse return.
Approved customers receive the correct return address and shipping instructions by email. Do not send a return to the registered business address or any previously published warehouse address.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping for buyer-remorse returns. We cover reasonable return or replacement shipping for a verified wrong, defective, or transit-damaged item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and include the order number and photographs of the product, shipping box, and label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the claim. Do not mail an aerosol product until we provide carrier-compliant instructions.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.
