SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and shipped from our fulfillment location in Matthews, North Carolina, or another authorized fulfillment location shown in the order records.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Our standard economy shipping charge is currently $13.99 unless a different rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

Products classified as aerosols, Limited Quantity, or hazardous materials can only be shipped using an eligible ground transportation service. Expedited or air transportation may therefore be unavailable for certain products.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at wsdp@amaranthretailgroup.com and include the order number and photographs of the product and shipping package.
